Q. The portfolio pages are not displayed properly and information is not uploading/saving/ or printing off correctly; how can I sort this?
A.

If you experience difficulties after you have successfully logged into the website, in relation to the display, saving (you are restricted to no more than 5 MB per entry) or printing, there are a few things you can try:

 

One go into the website via Google

 

Or

 

Two go into the toolbar on the website and go into compatibility settings then remove the display compatibility settings in the internet.

 

Thirdly if you are accessing the portfolio from a HSC Trust computer then raise an infra request with ITS stating that you need to access the website for revalidation.
