Q. What happens to my portfolio once I have it completed?
A.

Once you have developed a fully up to date portfolio then it is only a matter of regularly reviewing it and replacing the original evidence with more up to date evidence as you gain new experiences, develop new skills and undertake further study.

Remember your portfolio is not a static document; like you, it will develop and change over time.  It is a good idea to take time once a year and assess yourself, perhaps using the competence assessment tools as well as have others assess you. This can then go into your portfolio and help you plan your learning and development for the year ahead.
