Reviewing the Results from Your Assessment

The results from your 360 degree assessment will be presented in a few different formats. You can view the:

  • Percentage of competence statements rated LD, SD, WD or NA per domain or competency area visually from a bar chart. (Note: see key in right hand column)
  • Or
  • Percentage of competence statements rated LD, SD, WD or NA per domain or competency area from a table.
  • Or
  • Detailed ratings for the competence statements from a table.

Using your preferred format you can view:

  • Your own assessment.
  • Assessments from peers, managers, direct reports, or others .
  • An overall summary.
  • Additional feedback from reviewers provided in the comments box.

You will be able to see the assessments that have not been completed. At this stage you may wish to contact these individuals to check if they would still like the opportunity to complete the process. Any incomplete assessments will not be included in the results provided.

You may print the reports at this stage to study in more detail.

Best Practice Tips

Before opening 'My Results' section, make sure you have someone available who can support you and help you make sense of your results. This could be a mentor or a supervisor.

You may find it useful to start with the summary report. This may point you to domains you may want to look at in more detail.

You may want to use your results as an opportunity to have further discussions with some of the people you ask to assess you.

There is no time limit on completing an assessment but 4-6 weeks would be considered a reasonable period.
